Day 1 .. The cold sore tingle followed by red swelling.
Day 2 The coldsore Blister starts.
Day 3 The first blister starts to crust.
Day 4. A very sore time as the crust from the cold sore comes away leaving an open wound.
Day 5. The open cold sore starts to crust over the open blister.
Day 7. Very sore phase the scab is lifting again and bleeding.
Day 8.Crust getting smaller almost gone.
Day 9, The worst is now over as the cold sore on the right is still red but healed over and as the virus travels back down the nerve it starts another small short lived blister, you can see the route the virus takes down the nerve from right to left toward the jaw line.
